Program

Students will learn to read notes, play simple chords and begin to acquire fundamentals of music - beat, rhythm, form, melody and harmony. We emphasize the fundamentals of music as well as encourage Exploration and Creativity.  We use books from Belwin's 21st Century Guitar Library by Aaron Stang.

Students attend regular lessons once a week.  Students are enrolled in lessons during the school year from September through June.  Lessons are held on weekday evenings from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. all year round.  Other arrangements may be possible.
